- Deliver luxury service and demonstrate expertise in product knowledge, fashion, and styling.
- Guide clients through their journey, ensuring a memorable initial impression, expert product advice, and successful sales closure.
- Efficiently manage after-sales services and client follow-ups.
- Contribute to store operations by maintaining luxury standards in both front and back of house, including inventory management and stockroom maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies and visual standards.
- Foster teamwork and a positive work environment.
- Build and nurture meaningful client relationships, promoting loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Work by appointment to provide personalized service and grow the client book.
- Drive client retention through regular contact and follow-up on sales and client requests.
- Proven track record in achieving sales and exceeding targets.
- Previous experience in clienteling.
- Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
- Comprehensive product knowledge and understanding of retail operations.
- Familiarity with competitor products.
- Fluency in the local language; proficiency in English is desirable. Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
