- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and other commercial KPIs.
- Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the brand, creating desire and love for Burberry with each interaction.
- Provide luxury service and demonstrate expertise in product, fashion, and styling.
- Follow the Client journey to elevate the Client experience in-store, ensuring a great initial impression and maintaining client relationships.
- Efficiently follow-up and deliver after-sales services to clients.
- Contribute to daily store operations, maintaining high luxury standards in both front and back of house.
- Support inventory management, markdowns, and stockroom maintenance as required.
- Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and procedures, maintaining visual standards according to Burberry guidelines.
- Foster teamwork and a positive work climate.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients, working by appointment to provide personalized service and promote loyalty.
- Capture new luxury clients to grow the client book with a commercial objective mindset.
- Drive client retention by ensuring regular contact and appropriate follow-up on sales or client requests.
- Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
- Previous experience in clientelling.
- Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
- Strong product knowledge and good understanding of store retail operations.
- Understanding of competitor products.
- Experience working as part of a team.
- Fluency in the local language; English proficiency is desirable.
- Knowledge of additional languages is desirable.
- Confidence, curiosity, conviction, and care.
- Enjoys being part of a team.
- Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Detail-oriented and creative with a passion for selling.
- Assertive with impeccable presentation and communication skills.
- Results-driven with a commercial mindset.

Previous experience in retail sales, particularly within the luxury fashion sector, is required.
Expected base salary ranges from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, with potential commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, and incentive packages.
