- Exceed individual and store sales targets and other commercial KPIs.
- Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the brand, creating desire and loyalty.
- Provide luxury service with expertise in product, fashion, and styling.
- Elevate the client experience by following the client journey from initial impression to sale closure.
- Efficiently manage after-sales services and follow-ups with clients.
- Contribute to store operations by maintaining high luxury standards and supporting inventory management.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain visual standards according to Burberry guidelines.
- Foster teamwork and a positive work environment.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and work by appointment to provide personalized service.
- Capture new luxury clients to grow the client book with a commercial mindset.
- Drive client retention through regular contact and follow-up on sales or client requests.
- Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
- Previous experience in clienteling.
- Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
- Fluent in local language; English proficiency is desirable.
- Other language knowledge is desirable.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of store retail operations.
- Understanding of competitor products.
- Experience working as part of a team.
- Confidence, curiosity, conviction, and care.
- Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Detail-oriented and creative with a passion for selling.
