- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and other commercial KPIs.
- Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the brand, creating desire and love for Burberry.
- Provide luxury service with expert knowledge in product, fashion, and styling.
- Elevate the client experience by following the Client journey: initial impression, discovery, product expertise, sale closure, and relationship maintenance.
- Efficiently follow-up and deliver after-sales services to clients.
- Contribute to daily store operations, maintaining high luxury standards in both front and back of house.
- Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and procedures, maintaining visual standards according to Burberry guidelines.
- Foster teamwork and a positive work climate.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients, working by appointment to provide personalized service and promote loyalty.
- Capture new luxury clients to grow the client book with a commercial objective mindset.
- Drive client retention by ensuring regular contact and appropriate follow-up on sales or client requests.
- Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
- Previous experience in clienteling.
- Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
- Good understanding of store retail operations and competitor products.
- Strong product knowledge.
- Fluent in local language; English proficiency is desirable.
- Other language knowledge is desirable.
- Confidence, curiosity, conviction, and care.
- Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Detail-oriented and creative with a passion for selling.
- Impeccable presentation and communication skills.
- Results-driven with a commercial mindset.
- Flexible, collaborative, and adaptable approach.
Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in luxury fashion, with a focus on clienteling and relationship building.
