- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and other commercial KPIs.
- Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the brand, fostering desire and loyalty to Burberry.
- Deliver luxury service and demonstrate expertise in product knowledge, fashion, and styling.
- Elevate the client experience by ensuring a great initial impression, discovering client needs, and closing sales.
- Efficiently follow-up and deliver after-sales services to clients.
- Contribute to store operations by maintaining high luxury standards, supporting inventory management, and ensuring visual standards are met.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and work by appointment to provide personalized service.
- Capture new luxury clients to grow the client book with a commercial mindset.
- Drive client retention by regularly contacting clients and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
- Previous experience in clienteling.
- Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
- Good understanding of store retail operations and competitor products.
- Fluent in local language; English proficiency is desirable.
- Confidence, curiosity, conviction, and care in client interactions.
- Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Detail-oriented and creative with a passion for selling.
- Impeccable presentation and communication skills.
- Results-driven with a commercial mindset.
- Flexible, collaborative, and adaptable approach to work.
Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in luxury fashion, with a focus on clienteling and relationship building.
Expected base salary ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, with potential for commission earnings, bonuses, and other incentives.
