- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and other commercial KPIs.
- Inspire clients through storytelling and brand passion, fostering desire and affinity for Burberry.
- Deliver luxury service with expertise in product, fashion, and styling.
- Elevate the client experience by following the Client journey, from initial impression to sale closure and relationship maintenance.
- Efficiently manage after-sales services and client follow-ups.
- Contribute to store operations, maintaining high luxury standards and supporting inventory management.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain visual standards according to Burberry guidelines.
- Foster teamwork and a positive work environment.
- Build meaningful client relationships and provide personalized service through appointments.
- Capture new luxury clients to expand the client book with a commercial focus.
- Drive client retention through regular contact and follow-up on sales and requests.
- Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
- Previous experience in clienteling.
- Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
- Good understanding of store retail operations and competitor products.
- Experience working as part of a team.
- Fluent in the local language; English proficiency is desirable.
- Additional language skills are desirable.
- Confidence, curiosity, conviction, and care in client interactions.
- Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Detail-oriented and creative with a passion for selling.
- Impeccable presentation and communication skills.
- Results-driven with a commercial mindset.
- Flexible, collaborative, and adaptable approach to work.
Demonstrated experience in retail sales and client engagement, with a focus on luxury fashion.
