1. Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and other commercial KPIs.
2. Inspire clients through storytelling and brand passion, fostering desire and loyalty for Burberry.
3. Deliver luxury service with expertise in product knowledge, fashion, and styling.
4. Guide clients through their journey in-store, ensuring a memorable initial impression and maintaining client relationships post-sale.
5. Efficiently manage after-sales services and client follow-ups.
6. Contribute to store operations, maintaining high luxury standards in both front and back of house.
7. Adhere to company policies and visual standards as per Burberry guidelines.
8. Build meaningful client relationships and promote loyalty through personalized service.
9. Expand the client base by capturing new luxury clients and driving retention through regular contact and follow-ups.

1. Proven track record in sales and target achievement.
2. Experience in clienteling and luxury retail.
3. Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
4. Understanding of competitor products and retail operations.

1. Fluency in local language; proficiency in English is desirable.
2. Confidence, curiosity, and conviction in client interactions.

Previous experience in luxury retail and clienteling is required.

Expected base salary ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, with potential for commission earnings, bonuses, and incentive packages.
