1. Lead the design of temporary immersive retail environments from concept to execution, focusing on beauty and fragrance sectors.
2. Propose innovative customer journey elements to enhance 'retailtainment'.
3. Research sustainable materials and processes for use in temporary activations.
4. Develop creative direction into scalable implementations.
5. Create guideline packages for global partners to implement design direction.
6. Collaborate closely with Senior Designer and internal creative and commercial teams to ensure alignment with brand vision.
7. Work with external partner Coty to balance internal and external design requirements and manage construction details under tight deadlines.
8. Oversee visual merchandising strategy and coordinate pop-up activations and events.
9. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine design strategies.

1. Proven experience in concept and pop-up design, particularly in beauty and fragrance sectors.
2. Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, or Vectorworks.
4. Well-organized, flexible, and adaptable to changing environments.
5. Knowledge of current market trends and competitor strategies.

Demonstrated experience in concept and pop-up design within the beauty and fragrance industries.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
