Burberry Assistant Merchandise Planner

- Assess global replenishment forecasts for specific divisions or areas, ensuring forecast accuracy and accountability.
- Maintain global board line cards for replenishment items, adhering to the monthly critical path.
- Collaborate with designated regions to identify and maximize replenishment product opportunities.
- Determine long-range forecasting to support key vendor strategies.
- Assist in managing the Global Single Pool of Inventory, including forecasting and weekly stock allocations.
- Communicate weekly allocation and stock drops to regions.
- Define optimal A&R parameters in partnership with regions, ensuring global alignment.
- Assess global replenishment line cards and ensure adherence to global Weeks of Cover targets.
- Maintain parameters within the Global Line Card for all replenishment and carry forward options.
- Review replenishment-sized procurement and drive SPI allocation to regions.
- Build and maintain line card functionality to optimize processes.
- Review trading and buy summaries to identify anomalies.
- Experience in a global planning role within a commercial and luxury environment at an assistant or allocator level.
- Experience in the replenishment buy process.
- Customer-oriented problem-solving approach.
- Strong communication skills for building positive cross-functional relationships.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced analytical skills.
