Burberry Assistant Global Merchandise Planner

1. Assess global replenishment forecasts for assigned divisions, ensuring forecast accuracy.
2. Maintain Global Board Line Cards for replenishment items, adhering to monthly critical paths.
3. Support the Global Single Pool of Inventory, including forecasting and managing weekly stock allocations.
4. Communicate weekly allocations and stock drops to regional teams.
5. Collaborate with assigned regions to define optimal A&R parameters and identify growth opportunities.
6. Co-lead the global replenishment buy process, aligning with seasonal plans.
7. Prepare commercial analysis to highlight missed opportunities and inform future collection development.
8. Support fellow Replenishment Planners with free stock drops to optimize inventory.
9. Assist in forecasting and planning replenishment margin for seasonal planning inputs.
10. Own and maintain parameters within the Global Line Card, including seasonal setups and link line management.
11. Review replenishment size-level procurement and drive Single Pool Inventory allocations to regions.
12. Build and maintain functionality within the line card to support evolving business processes.
13. Monitor trading and buy summaries to identify anomalies against hub WOC, Mins, and Maxes.
14. Update training documentation and deliver ongoing training on line card usage to regional partners.
15. Collaborate with IT to ensure data inputs are accurate and sustainable.

1. Experience in a global planning role within a commercial or luxury environment, ideally at an Assistant Planner or Allocator level.
2. Demonstrated experience supporting replenishment buy processes.

4. Experience with SAP is highly advantageous.
