Bvlgari Wholesale Director

- Develop and implement the wholesale strategy for watches and franchises in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Monaco.
- Lead the wholesale watch and franchise operations under the guidance of the General Manager.
- Formulate commercial strategies and sales objectives.
- Manage franchise activities, including strategy, development, and activation plans.
- Create and oversee commercial plans and budgets to achieve sales targets.
- Enhance and expand the retail network in alignment with strategic and budgetary guidelines.
- Monitor and drive sales performance and inventory management for each retailer.
- Oversee the Profit and Loss statement, including gross and net margin calculations.
- Recommend and execute local marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Contribute to the annual media plan with partners and the communication team.
- Ensure retail locations meet Bvlgari's standards for merchandising and displays.
- Prepare reports and manage business activity tracking tools.
- Train retail sales teams on Bvlgari collections.
- Coordinate sales administration with an apprentice, including client account management and collections.
- Actively participate in watch fairs such as Watches and Wonders and LVMH Watch Week.
- Advanced degree in business or equivalent with a focus on commerce and/or marketing.
- Minimum of 10 years of commercial experience, preferably in the luxury sector and ideally in watchmaking.
- Strong product sensitivity, organizational skills, and ability to manage B2B relationships.
- Team spirit, proactivity, negotiation, analytical skills, and customer orientation.
- Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum 10 years of commercial experience, preferably in the luxury sector and ideally in watchmaking.
Advanced degree in business or equivalent with a focus on commerce and/or marketing.
