1. Assist the Wholesale Manager in the multibrand department for France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
2. Serve as a key liaison with various departments within the French subsidiary, the headquarters in Rome, and retailers.
3. Analyze client performance metrics (sell-in, sell-out, sell-through) and prepare monthly KPI reports.
4. Ensure timely delivery of media publications.
5. Define and implement marketing activation plans to recruit and retain clients.
6. Update pricing support based on new launches and communicate changes to clients.
7. Monitor the media plan and coordinate operational aspects of events in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
8. Harmonize and update product assortments on partner websites and oversee social media channels.
9. Manage budget tracking.

1. Higher education in business or marketing school.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Understanding of luxury sector marketing mix (sales, distribution, communication, merchandising) with a strong affinity for the luxury industry.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills for teamwork and internal/external contacts.
2. Organized, structured, and meticulous with strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
3. Responsive, available, and flexible.
4. Proficient in office tools with strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
