1. Assist the Wholesale Manager in the Wholesale and Franchise department, focusing on multi-brand operations for France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
2. Serve as a key liaison with various departments within the French subsidiary, the headquarters in Rome, and retailers.
3. Analyze client performance metrics (sell-in, sell-out, sell-through) and compile monthly KPI reports.
4. Ensure timely delivery of media publications by managing technical follow-ups.
5. Define and implement marketing activation plans to recruit and retain clients.
6. Update pricing communication support in line with new launches and commercial documents.
7. Monitor the media plan and coordinate operational aspects of events in the region (France, Belgium, Luxembourg) in collaboration with the Marketing department.
8. Harmonize and update product assortments on partner websites and manage social media follow-ups.
9. Oversee budget tracking.

1. Pursuing a higher education degree in business or marketing.

1. Fluent in English.
2. Understanding of luxury sector marketing mix (sales, distribution, communication, merchandising) with a strong affinity for the luxury industry.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills for teamwork and internal/external communication.
4. Organized, structured, with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
5. Proactive, available, and flexible.
6. Proficient in office tools with advanced Excel skills.

No prior experience required.
