1. Receive, pick, pack, and ship products while managing returns and general warehouse duties.
2. Verify the quality and quantity of inbound deliveries.
3. Ensure 100% pick accuracy before shipments depart the warehouse.
4. Utilize warehouse management systems accurately and complete transactions promptly.
5. Perform cycle counting to maintain 100% stock accuracy.
6. Report any deviations from agreed processes.
7. Adhere to Good Distribution Practice guidelines.
8. Comply fully with security and operational requirements to support the 'Known Consignor' warehouse operation.
9. Engage positively with quality and continuous improvement programs, identifying opportunities for enhancements.

1. Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is essential.
2. Prior warehouse experience in a high-compliance operation is required.
3. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF Technology is advantageous.
4. Familiarity with Health & Safety, environmental procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
