- Execute the global visual merchandising strategy locally, ensuring brand consistency while adapting to market and store needs.
- Maintain high-quality visual displays across boutiques and windows to reinforce the brand's image and support sales.
- Conduct regular store visits and visual audits, providing training and guidance to boutique teams.
- Manage local prop inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations.
- Coordinate orders for display materials, props, and visual tools with central departments.
- Oversee timely installation, maintenance, and replenishment for boutiques and new openings.
- Support the execution of seasonal campaigns, exhibitions, and special events.
- Manage visual merchandising planning, order placement, and on-site setup for new store openings.
- Coordinate with Store Managers, Retail, ID, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent storytelling and brand presentation.
- Provide regular feedback and reports to the Central Visual Merchandising Coordinator regarding implementation quality and local insights.
- Review central visual merchandising guidelines and drawings, sharing localized feedback.
- Maintain alignment with merchandising and retail teams on product allocation and visual priorities.
- Manage the local visual merchandising budget for display, props, and installations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with brand standards.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail or the jewellery industry.
- Strong understanding of market and customer trends.
- Ability to understand global brand and market business requirements.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Positive attitude and self-motivation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.
