1. Coordinate with the central office and suppliers for window installations.
2. Manage logistics for window deliveries and create purchase orders.
3. Implement and execute window changes and prepare installation reports.
4. Plan and implement in-store visual merchandising rotations.
5. Revise product allocations in collaboration with merchandising and store management.
6. Provide qualitative and photographic feedback to central and local teams.
7. Act as an ambassador for visual merchandising, demonstrating passion and enthusiasm.
8. Collaborate with merchandising to align with marketing calendars and drive sales.
9. Manage reordering of props and visual merchandising tools.
10. Ensure product displays adhere to brand standards and guidelines.
11. Assist in planning product layouts for events and coordinate local events.
12. Support new store openings and personalized retailer projects.
13. Align displays and projects with global directives and brand image.
14. Manage Planograms and maintain budgets for visual displays.
15. Research and verify local suppliers for visual merchandising production.

1. Minimum degree in Visual Merchandising, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience.
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
4. Knowledge of Bulgari products and the luxury environment.
5. Understanding of supply chain and IT applications.
