1. Develop creative mood boards for projects that are emotional, memorable, and innovative while maintaining brand essence.
2. Research emerging visual artists, illustrators, and digital artists.
3. Deliver compelling presentation packages including mood boards, visual identity aesthetic codes, and renderings.
4. Collaborate closely with Visual Merchandising and Event Teams to provide the creative project's visual identity, including graphic files, color codes, and logos.
5. Identify appropriate materials for invitations and packaging, considering design and budget constraints, and oversee supplier research until prototype approval.
6. Collaborate with Central Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising to develop creative guidelines for local markets, including renderings and technical drawings.
7. Select and manage suppliers to execute prototypes such as brochures, physical invitations, packaging, and stationery.
8. Manage relationships with Bus, BHR, and Communication departments.
9. Oversee budget management from initial forecast to final project cost.
10. Manage project timelines effectively.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in architecture studios, creative agencies, art direction, or visual design.

1. Proficiency in 3D and rendering software, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.
2. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
3. Creative, forward-thinking, and innovative approach with attention to detail and a drive for outstanding execution.
4. Experience in creative strategy and project development.
5. Proactive attitude and comfort navigating through uncertainty.
6. Strong teamwork and multidisciplinary approach.

Minimum 3 years in architecture studios, creative agencies, art direction, or visual design.

Degree in Architecture, Visual Design, or similar fields.
