1. Define and implement the strategy for High Jewelry and High-End Watches across Greater China.
2. Manage and develop the high-end client portfolio to drive turnover.
3. Lead and coach the High-End sales team, fostering talent development.
4. Collaborate with Retail, Merchandising, CRM, and Marketing teams to enhance client engagement.
5. Oversee event planning and execution to align with client expectations and sales targets.
6. Conduct competitive analysis and develop strategic plans based on market insights.

1. Degree or MBA in Business or related disciplines.
2. Fluency in English and Mandarin.

1. Expertise in VIP client management within the luxury industry.
2. Proficiency in selling luxury products and managing high-value clients.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with business acumen.
4. Project management and influence capabilities.
5. Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize effectively.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in VIP client management, preferably within the jewelry, watch, or related luxury industries.

Degree or MBA in Business or related disciplines.
