1. Define and implement the strategy for High Jewelry and High-End Watches sales and development.
2. Manage and grow the High-End client portfolio, ensuring long-term relationships and increased turnover.
3. Develop and lead the High-End sales team, fostering talent and enhancing performance.
4. Collaborate with Retail, Merchandising, CRM, and Marketing teams to enhance client engagement and bespoke experiences.
5. Lead the planning and execution of events, ensuring alignment with sales targets and client expectations.
6. Conduct competitive analysis and provide strategic insights for future planning.

1. Degree or MBA in Business or related disciplines.
2. Fluency in English and Mandarin.

1. Expertise in VIP client management within the luxury industry, particularly in jewelry and watches.
2. Strong selling skills for luxury products.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong business acumen.
4. Project management and influence skills.
5. Commercially and strategically aware, with a customer-focused approach.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in VIP client management, preferably within the luxury jewelry or watch industry.

Degree or MBA in Business or related disciplines.
