1. Define and drive commercial business strategies, including retail, franchise, wholesale, and travel retail, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
2. Guide business network development, including new store openings, closures, and retail perimeter evolution.
3. Lead store expansion plans, including P&L preparation and location evaluation.
4. Monitor and enhance existing store operations, focusing on cost efficiency and sales performance.
5. Propose and implement sales promotion actions to optimize stock levels and improve store performance.
6. Ensure store operations align with company policies, enhancing efficiency and service quality.
7. Define commercial strategy guidelines for franchisee and wholesale channels, ensuring sales and profitability targets are met.
8. Collaborate with Greater China Comex team on trade marketing, FP&A, HRBP, and merchandising functions.
9. Develop and nurture retail team talents.

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Fluency in English and Chinese.
3. Extensive product knowledge of Bulgari or other luxury brands, with specific expertise in jewelry and watches.
