1. Define and drive commercial business strategies across retail, franchisee, wholesale, and travel retail sectors in China.
2. Ensure implementation of sales operations in alignment with company guidelines to achieve sales and cost efficiency objectives.
3. Guide business network development, including new store openings, closures, and retail perimeter evolution.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Trade Marketing, Merchandising, FP&A, and HRBP to achieve business objectives.
5. Lead retail management efforts, including planning and executing store expansion plans and evaluating potential new store locations.
6. Monitor and enhance the performance of existing stores through cost efficiency measures and sales promotions.
7. Develop and implement commercial strategies for franchisee and wholesale channels.
8. Coordinate with Greater China Comex team to ensure alignment with regional business strategies.
9. Foster team development by nurturing and growing retail team talents.

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Fluency in English and Chinese.

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with extensive product knowledge in Bulgari or other luxury brands, particularly in jewelry and watches.

Bachelor's degree required.
