Bvlgari Training Manager

- Develop and implement a local training strategy aligned with the worldwide training plan and local requirements.
- Design and execute training sessions tailored to enhance sales performance and client experience.
- Adapt and translate training content from headquarters to meet local needs.
- Coordinate and facilitate in-class and in-store training events, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
- Deliver sales training focused on selling skills and product knowledge, including high-end collections.
- Collaborate with store managers to ensure the application of training content through activation kits and activities.
- Support business partners by providing brand and product training sessions.
- Identify and develop in-store ambassadors for watches and accessories through dedicated training plans.
- Lead discussions on sales team development, focusing on skill enhancement.
- Organize and deliver onboarding programs for new client advisors and store management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
