1. Develop and propose ideas for promotional activities, including events and POS promotions.
2. Lead assigned projects, managing deadlines and schedules.
3. Educate and train partners on promotional campaigns and product benefits.
4. Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
5. Manage sales support tools and optimize promotional materials.
6. Coordinate distribution of marketing resources and displays.
7. Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
8. Prepare presentations and reports for senior management review.
9. Monitor event budgets and report on KPIs and ROI.
10. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation.

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in trade marketing or sales promotion, preferably in the luxury goods sector.

2. Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication skills in Japanese; English proficiency at conversational to business level.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in trade marketing, sales promotion, or a similar role, ideally within the luxury goods sector, is required.
