Bvlgari Supply Chain Business Analyst

- Contribute to the innovation and continuous improvement of Supply Chain Planning by collaborating with various planning departments such as Demand, Inventory, Supply, and Distribution.
- Act as a liaison with other departments to gather necessary information for the Supply Chain team.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Translate data insights into clear and concise presentations and recommendations.
- Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and initiatives.
- Identify and document business requirements for system enhancements and new implementations.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve supply chain processes and efficiency.
- Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams.
- Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a supply chain environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP is advantageous.
- Passion for the luxury market is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as R, Python (Pandas/SciPy/NumPy), or Matlab is welcomed.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a supply chain environment.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
