- Coordinate Store Planning projects from design to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules and key milestones.
- Prepare project schedules and manage timelines in collaboration with local technical specialists.
- Organize Recco calendar and meetings, and share construction budgets with Financial & Administration and commercial teams.
- Verify investment plans with Financial & Administration, Managing Directors, and Commercial Teams.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of specific geographical markets, including technical, cultural, and retail/wholesale aspects.
- Monitor architectural studio activities to ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Collaborate with the Interior Design team for concept improvement and cost analysis.
- Oversee worldwide layout approval processes with Architecture Director and top management.
- Supervise security plan approvals in coordination with the corporate risk department.
- Manage bidding processes and administrative tasks related to supplier contracts and purchase orders.
- Conduct monthly project status recaps with Country Managing Directors.
- Coordinate global special roll-out projects, including lining, accessories, and lighting.
- Contribute to Interior Design & Visual Integration strategies for new openings and special projects.
- Ensure fluid information sharing and strategy alignment with technical specialists.
- Collaborate with legal and administrative offices for contract preparation and financial follow-ups.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury brands.
- Degree in Engineering, Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Proficiency in IT applications such as Office, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with Bulgari products and commercial network.
- Understanding of design and architecture principles and tools.
- Project management and planning techniques.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Technical expertise in engineering, prototypes, and new materials research.
- Attention to detail.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar position, ideally within the luxury sector.
Degree in Engineering, Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
