1. Manage the boutique to achieve sales objectives and store KPIs, spending significant time on the sales floor with the team and clients.
2. Participate in community events to develop the client base and project a positive brand image, focusing on relationships with top customers.
3. Assess store needs and communicate them to corporate and local departments.
4. Monitor and ensure optimal product display in the store following guidelines and standards.
5. Ensure the training of sales staff to enhance technical and product knowledge and sales techniques.
6. Efficiently manage store stock according to KPIs.
7. Ensure the application of security, sales, and stock processes and procedures.
8. Resolve client complaints and disputes.
9. Verify alignment to discount standards.
10. Act as an interface towards local marketing, implementing CRM strategies to enhance the customer base.
11. Provide tools for sales staff to understand and increase sales performance.
12. Ensure team participation in training sessions to develop knowledge on various topics.
13. Maintain the store's environment, functionality, and visual merchandising standards.
14. Possess strong knowledge of relevant markets.

1. College graduate or above
2. Fluency in Mandarin and basic command of English
3. 7-8 years of experience in a similar position in the high-end luxury industry, preferably in the jewelry and watches category
4. Managerial experience with a focus on staff motivation and development
5. Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
