- Manage the boutique to achieve sales objectives and store KPIs, spending significant time on the sales floor with the team and clients.
- Participate in community events to develop the client base and project a positive brand image, focusing on relationships with top customers.
- Assess store needs and communicate them to corporate and local departments.
- Monitor and ensure optimal product display in the store following guidelines and standards.
- Ensure the training of sales staff to enhance technical and product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Efficiently manage store stock according to KPIs.
- Ensure the application of security, sales, and stock processes and procedures.
- Resolve client complaints and disputes.
- Verify alignment to discount standards.
- Act as an interface towards local marketing, implementing CRM strategies to enhance the customer base.
- Provide tools for sales staff to understand and increase sales performance.
- Ensure team participation in training sessions to develop knowledge on various topics.
- Maintain the store's environment, functionality, and visual merchandising standards.
- Possess strong knowledge of relevant markets.
- College graduate or above
- Fluency in Mandarin and basic command of English
- 7-8 years of experience in a similar position in the high-end luxury industry, preferably in the jewelry and watches category
- Managerial experience with a focus on staff motivation and development
- Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in office applications
- Product knowledge
- Understanding of luxury brand competitors

Minimum of 10 years in a related field, with significant experience in luxury retail management.
