- Implement and enforce company policies to maintain a consistent brand experience.
- Maintain a well-organized, clean, and visually appealing store environment.
- Build an omnichannel mindset among the team to maximize opportunities and increase client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree or higher is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Knowledge of luxury business and selling skills.
- Understanding of store procedures and CRM techniques.
- Proficiency in store operation applications such as Beanstore, CRM, and SAP.
- Customer focus and proactive selling.
- Strong business acumen and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to motivate and lead others.
A minimum of 8 to 10 years in a comparable role, preferably within the luxury industry.
Bachelor's degree or higher is highly preferred.
