1. Develop and implement store-specific strategies aligned with overarching business objectives.

5. Build a network and understanding of the store environment, monitoring competitors to identify opportunities.
6. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing store team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
7. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance management to support team members.
8. Foster a positive work environment promoting collaboration, innovation, and employee engagement.
9. Drive sales performance and profitability by achieving store sales targets and optimizing store layout.
10. Monitor store P&L and control expenses to maximize profitability.
11. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth floor management and efficient store functioning.
12. Implement and enforce company policies to maintain a consistent brand experience.
13. Maintain a well-organized, clean, and visually appealing store environment.
14. Build an omnichannel mindset among the team to maximize opportunities and increase client satisfaction.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher is highly preferred.
2. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

1. Knowledge of luxury business and selling skills.
2. Understanding of store procedures and CRM techniques.
3. Proficiency in store operation applications such as Beanstore, CRM, and SAP.
4. Customer focus and proactive selling.
5. Strong business acumen and decision-making abilities.
6. Ability to motivate and lead others.

A minimum of 8 to 10 years in a comparable role, preferably within the luxury industry.

Bachelor's degree or higher is highly preferred.
