Bvlgari Store Manager

- Oversee boutique operations to achieve sales targets and service KPIs, dedicating significant time on the sales floor with team and clients.
- Develop and implement action plans based on mystery shopping and Voice of the Client results.
- Proactively recruit new customers and create events to generate business opportunities.
- Engage sales teams in social events and nurture client relationships through database activities.
- Address client concerns to ensure satisfaction is restored.
- Coach sales team to deliver unique shopping experiences and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with Sales Trainers on training plans and ensure team participation in sessions.
- Maintain store environment, manage stock efficiently, and ensure adherence to company norms.
- Promote a frictionless client experience through digital tools and processes.
- Ensure strong market knowledge including competition, events, and pricing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
- Proficiency in store procedures and digital processes.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury business and competition.
- Business acumen and client satisfaction focus.
- Managerial effectiveness and integrity.
- Ability to drive change and engage proactively.
A minimum of 3 years in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry is required.
