Bvlgari Store Manager

- Act as a key business partner in developing and implementing store-specific strategies aligned with overarching business objectives.
- Leverage strategic thinking and business analysis to propose innovative ideas and insights aimed at enhancing store performance and driving growth.
- Lead the implementation of clienteling strategies to gather and utilize client feedback effectively, driving continuous improvement and enhancing client satisfaction, as well as establishing long-term relationships to build client loyalty.
- Ensure the highest level of client experience is consistently provided, creating a memorable and personalized experience for every client.
- Build a network and understanding of the store environment, monitor competitors to identify potential opportunities.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing store team to deliver exceptional client experience and achieve commercial ambitions.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance management to support team members’ growth, success, and overall well-being, including scheduling breaks and fostering a culture of work-life balance.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and employee engagement while encouraging diversity and inclusivity within the team.
- Drive sales performance and profitability by achieving store sales targets and optimizing store layout, and effectively managing inventory and visual merchandising.
- Monitor store P&L and control store expenses to ensure adherence to the budget and maximize profitability.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth floor management and efficient functioning of the store.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a consistent brand experience across all locations.
- Help maintain a well-organized, clean, and visually appealing store environment to attract and retain clients.
- Build an omnichannel mindset among the team and drive related KPIs to maximize opportunities and increase client satisfaction across all business channels.
- Bachelor's degree or higher is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a comparable role, preferably in the luxury industry.
- Knowledge of luxury business.
- Proficient in selling skills.
- Familiarity with store procedures and processes.
- Expertise in CRM techniques and tools.
- Proficiency in store operation applications (Beanstore, CRM, SAP, etc.).
- GIA and FHH Folder knowledge is highly preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a comparable role, preferably within the luxury industry.
Bachelor's degree or higher is highly preferred.
