- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve store sales targets and drive long-term business development.
- Develop the full potential of the team in customer service, sales techniques, product knowledge, and other core skills.
- Ensure effective time management, task prioritization, and guidance for team members.
- Maintain team stability and foster a harmonious work environment, ensuring compliance with regulations and productive relationships with the team, mall, and company.
- Implement and oversee store operations, ensuring optimal stock supply and inventory management.
- Handle and report store incidents, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Deliver exceptional pre-sale and post-sale customer service, addressing customer needs promptly.
- Manage and achieve store sales goals, ensuring sustainable sales data.
- Develop store sales plans, analyze sales reports, and monitor market and competitor information.
- Analyze store performance and provide feedback to the retail manager with improvement suggestions.
- Act as a communication link, understanding and sharing the brand's history, values, and vision.
- Lead the team in maintaining the brand and store image, promoting brand culture and values.
- Over 3 years of experience in cosmetics or luxury sales, with at least 1 year in store or counter management.
- Presentable appearance with good skin quality, cheerful and outgoing personality, and strong execution skills.
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills, proactive work attitude, and strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
