- Proactively recruit new clients and create promotional activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Engage actively in social activities and encourage sales team participation.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through in-store and external events based on client data insights.
- Address client concerns, disputes, and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Guide the sales team in providing a unique and memorable shopping experience, focusing on client-centric storytelling, service excellence, and sales techniques.
- Observe sales interactions and provide feedback to the team for continuous development.
- Collaborate with the training team to develop and implement training plans and ensure team participation in courses to enhance knowledge on various topics.
- Oversee store maintenance, safety, operations, product assortment, and visual merchandising, ensuring adherence to uniform and grooming standards.
- Manage inventory efficiently according to KPIs and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure proper execution of company procedures and policies, including discounts.
- Support seamless client experiences through various touchpoints, utilizing new digital tools and processes.
- Promote omnichannel activities and drive change in store mindset.
- Maintain deep understanding of the brand's positioning, activities, and marketing initiatives within the local market context.
- Manage the boutique to achieve sales targets and service KPIs, spending significant time with the sales team and clients.
- Develop and implement action plans based on mystery shopper visits and client feedback.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in team leadership and development.
- Excellent organizational and operational management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape.
- Ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
