- Manage the boutique to achieve sales targets and store KPIs, ensuring a significant presence with the sales team and clients.
- Develop and implement action plans based on mystery shopper visits and client feedback.
- Proactively recruit new clients and create events to generate new business opportunities.
- Engage in social activities and encourage sales team participation.
- Cultivate ongoing relationships with clients through in-store and external events based on client data.
- Address client concerns and complaints, ensuring satisfaction standards are met.
- Guide the sales team in delivering a unique and memorable shopping experience, focusing on customer-centricity, storytelling, and service excellence.
- Observe sales interactions and provide feedback to develop the team through structured one-on-one meetings.
- Collaborate with the training team to develop and implement training plans, ensuring team participation in courses to enhance knowledge in various areas.
- Oversee store maintenance, safety, operations, product assortment, and visual merchandising, ensuring adherence to uniform and grooming standards.
- Manage inventory efficiently according to KPIs and propose corrective measures.
- Ensure correct execution of company procedures and policies, including discounts.
- Support the development of a seamless client experience through digital tools and processes.
- Encourage store-wide participation in new omnichannel activities and drive change in store mindset.
- Maintain deep understanding of the brand's positioning, activities, and marketing within the local market.
- Stay informed about competitors, activities, products, and pricing in the relevant market.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in client relationship management.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Familiarity with digital tools and omnichannel strategies.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail management is required.
