1. Lead the sales team to achieve budget targets, closely monitoring and adapting to store KPIs.
2. Identify and leverage the store's potential within its market strategically.
3. Develop and implement annual store strategies, updating them quarterly in alignment with the RVP of Retail East.
4. Create and execute business plans in collaboration with cross-functional departmental partners.
5. Identify performance improvement opportunities and develop actionable plans with corporate teams.
6. Ensure personnel and discounting costs align with financial projections.
7. Analyze category performance and develop strategies in collaboration with the Merchandising team.
8. Utilize reporting tools for informed business discussions with the team and corporate partners.
9. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product nuances at a merchant level.
10. Coach, inspire, and develop direct reports, preparing them for advancement.
11. Ensure consistent execution of Bulgari selling standards for optimal business outcomes.
12. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to recruit talent aligned with brand ethos.
13. Manage hiring decisions, performance reviews, and developmental strategies for direct reports.
14. Ensure all staff meet grooming, appearance, and conduct standards.
15. Cultivate a positive, feedback-driven environment emphasizing diversity, respect, and collaboration.
16. Establish a team framework that enhances individual and collective performance.
17. Oversee store scheduling, ensuring policy adherence, payroll integrity, and optimal staff turnover.
18. Maintain a contingency plan for unforeseen staffing situations.
19. Dedicate at least 70% of time to the sales floor, balancing with administrative tasks.
20. Ensure Visual Merchandising guidelines are implemented in alignment with corporate directives.
21. Monitor retail operational procedures and best practices, staying informed on process guidelines and store systems.
22. Collaborate with Retail Operations on loss prevention, inventory management, and policy adherence.
23. Stay updated on company HR policies and federal and state labor laws.
24. Transition from casual customer interactions to deep-rooted client relationship building through a comprehensive client development strategy.
25. Monitor luxury jewelry market trends and competitor strategies, suggesting innovative avenues to elevate store performance.
26. Build robust relations with external stakeholders like mall management and marketing teams.
27. Conceive and implement a market-centric strategy, scouting for potential collaborations and fostering new partnerships.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury retail or dealing with luxury items.
2. Proven managerial prowess with a knack for developing and inspiring diverse teams.
3. Ability to cultivate industry-specific relationships and awareness of local marketing and media landscapes.
4. Astute strategic thinking, decision-making, and practical action planning.
5. Flexibility for retail hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
