1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, inspiring trust and commitment while leading by example.
2. Achieve and exceed sales objectives and meet store/business KPIs, with a focus on floor presence.
3. Drive team motivation and engagement by sharing the brand's strategy and vision, encouraging innovation, and collecting best practices.
4. Coach and develop teams by providing constant feedback and support.
5. Collaborate with Sales Trainers to identify training needs and implement action plans.
6. Develop clienteling strategies, recruit new clients, host in-store events, and leverage digital tools to enhance local business relevance and relationships with VICs.
7. Ensure a seamless and consistent client experience in-store and remotely, adhering to the brand’s selling experience and enhancing Italian culture and hospitality.
8. Oversee all store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, store maintenance, and ensuring a safe environment.
9. Stay informed on market trends, competition, and omnichannel initiatives to drive business growth.

1. At least 5 years of experience in a comparable luxury retail leadership role.
2. Demonstrated experience in coaching, motivating, and developing a high-performing team.
3. Ability to leverage networks and cultivate key industry-related relationships.
4. Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
5. Proven ability to drive operational excellence within a luxury retail environment.
6. Strong financial management skills, including budget oversight and revenue generation.
7. Fluency in both Italian and English.
