1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, inspiring trust and commitment while leading by example.

7. Ensure a seamless and consistent client experience in-store and remotely, adhering to the brand’s selling experience and enhancing Italian culture and hospitality.
8. Oversee all store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, store maintenance, and ensuring a safe environment.
9. Stay informed on market trends, competition, and omnichannel initiatives to drive business growth.

1. At least 5 years of experience in a comparable luxury retail leadership role.
2. Demonstrated experience in coaching, motivating, and developing a high-performing team.
3. Ability to leverage networks and cultivate key industry-related relationships.
4. Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
5. Proven ability to drive operational excellence within a luxury retail environment.
6. Strong financial management skills, including budget oversight and revenue generation.
7. Fluency in both Italian and English.
