1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, inspiring trust and commitment to client-centric excellence.
2. Lead the store to achieve and surpass sales objectives and meet business KPIs, spending significant time on the sales floor.
3. Motivate and engage the team by sharing the brand's strategy and vision, encouraging innovation, and collecting best practices.
4. Coach and develop team members by providing constant feedback and support.
5. Collaborate with Sales Trainers to identify training needs and implement action plans.
6. Develop clienteling strategies, including recruiting new clients, hosting in-store events, leveraging digital tools, and enhancing relationships with VIP clients.
7. Ensure a seamless and consistent client experience both in-store and remotely, in line with the brand’s selling experience.
8. Oversee all store operations, ensuring proper stock management, adherence to visual merchandising guidelines, and maintaining a safe and functional store environment.
9. Stay informed on market trends, competition, and omnichannel initiatives to drive business growth.

1. At least 5 years of relevant experience in a luxury retail leadership role.
2. Demonstrated experience in coaching, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
3. Fluency in both Italian and English is essential.
