Bvlgari Store Administrator

- Ensure zero loss tolerance in stock management.
- Effectively manage inventory to prevent loss.
- Oversee timely and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Manage consignment stock for PR, Wholesale, staff entrustment, and repairs.
- Handle stock on carnet, including High Jewelry and PR stock.
- Oversee petty cash, float, and banking responsibilities.
- Address requests from other stores.
- Organize weekly stock counts.
- Manage boutique supplies, including water, office consumables, and stationery.
- Coordinate export and VAT off transactions.
- Arrange redirection of carnets in high jewelry sales.
- Ensure transport procedures comply with insurance limits.
- Redirect important mail and bills to relevant departments.
- Adhere to month-end procedures and report submissions.
- Fluency in English.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- High computer literacy.
- Excellent SAP knowledge.
- Numerical dexterity.
- Attention to detail.
- Understanding of gemology and luxury.
- Experience in the luxury business.
A minimum of three years in a similar capacity within the luxury sector is required.
