1. Ensure zero loss tolerance in inventory management.
2. Effectively manage stock to prevent loss.
3. Oversee timely and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing deliveries.
4. Manage consignment stock for PR, wholesale, staff entrustment, and repairs.
5. Handle stock on carnet, including high jewellery and PR stock.
6. Be responsible for petty cash, float, and banking operations.
7. Address requests from other stores efficiently.
8. Organize and execute weekly stock counts.
9. Procure supplies for the boutique, including office consumables and stationery.
10. Coordinate export and VAT off transactions.
11. Arrange redirection of carnets in high jewellery sales.
12. Ensure transport procedures comply with insurance limits.
13. Redirect important mail and bills to relevant departments.
14. Adhere to month-end procedures and report submissions.

1. Fluency in English is mandatory.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. High computer literacy.
2. Excellent knowledge of SAP.
3. Numerical dexterity.
4. Attention to detail.
5. Understanding of gemology and luxury.
6. Experience in the luxury business.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector is required.
