1. Maintain a 'zero' loss tolerance
2. Manage stock effectively and accurately to avoid loss
3. Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries in a timely and accurate manner
4. Manage stock in consignment for PR, wholesale, staff entrustment, and stock repair
5. Oversee stock on carnet like High Jewelry and PR stock
6. Be responsible for petty cash, float, and banking
7. Address requests from other stores
8. Organize a calendar for stock counts on a weekly basis
9. Manage supplies for the boutique, including water, office consumables, POS rolls, tax-free stationery, and personal stationery
10. Follow up and arrange export and VAT off transactions
11. Arrange redirection of carnets in high jewelry sales
12. Ensure all transport procedures are respected and within insurance limits
13. Redirect important mail and bills to the relevant departments
14. Follow procedures for month-end
15. Send all relevant month-end reports before the deadline

1. Fluency in English
2. Highly computer literate
3. Excellent knowledge of SAP
4. Dexterity with numbers
5. Good eye for details
6. Understanding of gemology and luxury
