1. Execute effective and efficient repairs on watches in accordance with Bulgari Service Care Standards, ensuring adherence to cost, quality, and lead time objectives.
2. Perform technical repairs including dismounting, reconditioning, component exchange, polishing, cleaning, and reassembling.
3. Work autonomously or collaboratively to define the authenticity and reparability of products, providing technical evaluations and determining necessary spare parts.
4. Register repair data and track the repair process status in the relevant system.
5. Collaborate with supervisors to evaluate the type of repair or technical intervention required.
6. Complete assigned repairs as per the schedule provided by the supervisor.
7. Perform movement overhauls on Automatic and Quartz movements.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in watchmaking or a related field.

1. Proficiency in manufacturing and repair processes for watches.
2. Expertise in repair techniques and tools specific to watches.
3. Comprehensive understanding of product structure and materials.
4. Experience with SAP system is advantageous.
5. Strong customer orientation and commitment to excellence.
6. Operational effectiveness and role-specific competencies.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in watchmaking or a related technical field is required.
