1. Oversee the Greater China Travel Retail, APAC DFS, and Wholesale Accounts for the JWA business.
2. Manage sales forecasts by analyzing sell-in data against sell-out results, evaluating new sales performance, and monitoring sales trends of key references.
3. Propose and monitor budget plans covering sales revenue, Capex, sales promotion, and P&L, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
4. Collaborate with the Interior Design team and TR operators on the maintenance and renovation of all points of sale.
5. Explore new opportunities to enhance brand exposure and revenue while adhering to corporate cap-ex parameters.
6. Lead point of sale opening projects and collaborate with relevant departments and TR operators.
7. Provide strategic and operational guidelines to ensure the team's achievement of regional budgets and objectives.
8. Foster partnerships with key partners to secure competitive support for brand growth.
9. Collaborate with Business Units to optimize TR product assortment and align with market trends.
10. Work closely with Domestic Sales, Marketing Managers, and Commercial Trainers in key markets to ensure cooperation and synergy in market activities.
11. Manage key accounts in collaboration with regional and worldwide marketing teams to maximize business opportunities.

1. University degree
2. Minimum of 8-10 years of managerial experience in the luxury market or FMCG industry
