1. Maintain revenues and profitability across sales, operations, and after-sales services.
2. Participate actively in commercial events and maintain a visible presence in the community to develop and sustain the client base.
3. Assess store needs and communicate with corporate and local departments regarding store premises and maintenance.
4. Monitor and ensure optimal product display in accordance with brand guidelines and standards.
5. Ensure the training of sales and back-office staff to enhance technical and product knowledge, sales techniques, and stock management.
6. Manage store stock efficiently and effectively.
7. Ensure the application of security, sales, and stock processes and procedures.
8. Resolve client concerns and disputes.
9. Verify alignment with standards for discounts and payment methods, authorizing exceptions as necessary.
10. Monitor and provide tools for salespeople to enhance sales performance.
11. Act as an interface with local marketing to implement CRM strategies and enhance the customer base.

1. At least 5 years of experience in retail operations and boutique management.
2. Extensive product knowledge of Bulgari or other luxury brands, with specific knowledge in jewellery and watches preferred.
3. Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.

4. IT literacy.
5. Presentable appearance and ability to handle work pressure and unpredictable tasks.

Minimum of 5 years in retail operations and boutique management, preferably within the luxury sector.
