1. Maintain revenues and profitability across sales, operations, and after-sales services.
2. Actively participate in commercial events and maintain a visible presence in the community to develop the client base and project a positive brand image.
3. Assess store needs and communicate with corporate and local departments regarding store premises and maintenance.
4. Monitor and ensure optimal product display in the store following guidelines and standards.
5. Ensure the training of sales and back-office staff to enhance technical and product knowledge, sales techniques, and stock management.
6. Efficiently manage store stock and ensure the application of security, sales, and stock processes and procedures.
7. Resolve client concerns and disputes.
8. Verify alignment to standards of discounts and payment methods applied by the sales force, authorizing exceptions in advance.
9. Monitor and provide tools for salespeople to understand and increase sales performance.
10. Act as an organizational interface with local marketing to implement CRM strategies and enhance the customer base.

1. At least 5 years of experience in retail operations and boutique management.
2. Extensive product knowledge of Bulgari or other luxury brands, with specific knowledge in jewelry and watches preferred.

2. Team management and coaching.
3. Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
4. Presentable appearance and ability to handle work pressure and unpredictable tasks.
5. Knowledge of marketing, media, and merchandising techniques.
6. IT literacy.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail operations and boutique management.
