- Experience in store management within a luxury or jewelry brand (7-10 years preferred).
- Proven track record in sales management, team leadership, and customer strategy execution as a store manager.
- Strong hospitality and customer orientation, with experience in VIP client interactions.
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational management skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and analyze challenges.
- Fluency in Japanese.
- Proficiency in English, with business-level reading and writing skills preferred.
