Bvlgari Senior Regional Business Controller

- Conduct comprehensive sales reporting and analysis, including weekly sales reports and performance monitoring of sales and margins across various channels.
- Monitor and control Profit & Loss statements, identifying risks and providing strategic recommendations to the Managing Director.
- Oversee financial closings from affiliates, ensuring compliance with Bulgari's and LVMH's financial regulations.
- Support the budget, revisions, and three-year plan processes, coordinating with various departments for timely submissions to Corporate.
- Analyze and recommend strategies for new projects to support business model evolution across different countries.
- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures, audit invoices, and manage contract renewals and terminations.
- Coordinate pricing studies to ensure coherence across channels, lines, and countries in collaboration with regional heads and the marketing team.
- Conduct internal control trainings to enhance financial understanding and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
- Support the Commercial & Marketing Team on sell-out monitoring and liaise with external suppliers to ensure data accuracy.
- Manage credit control for all clients, liaising with Corporate Risk on credit terms and limits.
- Supervise and mentor two financial assistants, fostering motivation and collaboration with commercial heads.
- Liaise with the legal department on distributor agreements and contract reviews with business vendors and partners.
- Collaborate with IT and Corporate to implement new functionalities and support new projects.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Finance.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial operations or a similar role.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong team collaboration abilities, self-organization, and discipline.
- High level of professionalism and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels.
- Robust business acumen.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Minimum 10 years of experience in financial operations or a similar role, with a preference for experience in the beauty industry.
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Finance.
