Bvlgari Senior Merchandising Manager

- Define boutique assortments in alignment with boutique clusters, ensuring differentiation while adhering to corporate guidelines.
- Develop budgets and sales targets by collection, and monitor sales to devise action plans to meet targets.
- Formulate and analyze sales and stock reports, identifying opportunities and communicating with stakeholders including Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, and HQ for informed business decisions.
- Coordinate assortment and setup for store openings in collaboration with Product Visual Merchandising.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information to develop action plans addressing business needs.
- Foster strong collaboration with Commercial, Marketing, CRM, Product Visual Merchandising, Logistics, and HQ.
- Serve as a liaison between regions and HQ, collecting feedback from boutiques and HQ.
- Strengthen collaboration with the Merchandising team in China to develop a comprehensive action plan for Greater China.
- Work closely with the Supply Chain on distribution strategies and delivery issues, anticipating Target Stock Level needs.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Fluency in both Chinese and English
- Minimum of 10 years of merchandising experience in the luxury market
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury retail jewelry business
- Familiarity with watches is advantageous
- Understanding of retail processes, guidelines, and procedures
- Insight into the relevant market, including competitors and the luxury business
- Knowledge of supply chain and distribution processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP and PowerBI
- Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently
- Strong analytical thinking and data literacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
A minimum of 10 years of experience in merchandising within the luxury market is required.
Bachelor’s degree or higher
