1. Drive sales and key performance indicators for Bulgari in Guadalajara.
2. Contribute to achieving store and service KPIs through proactive engagement to meet monthly and annual sales budgets.

6. Execute all CRM activities as directed by the Store Manager, including CRM AFSS.
7. Lead efforts in high jewelry and premium watch segments.

9. Assess business trends to strategize client-focused sales plans.
10. Communicate with management about opportunities to develop community relationships and explore potential events to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
11. Actively support sales and administrative teams.

1. Minimum of 5 years in the luxury sector, with preference in jewelry and watches.
2. Ability to commit to 37.5 hours per week.
3. Capability to lift up to 11 kilograms (25 pounds).

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to gain experience in store operation applications (Beanstore, Sales Force, SAP).
2. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
3. Proven experience in luxury customer service.
4. Hands-on experience with luxury products (presentation and sales).
5. Adaptable nature, entrepreneurial spirit, and technological proficiency.
6. Fluency in conversational English is essential; other languages are a plus.
