Bvlgari Senior Business Analyst

- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for Bulgari Taiwan.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain differences between actual and planned results.
- Submit weekly sales reports, weekly sales landing forecasts, and monthly sales reports by channel and product category.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing and prepare monthly P&L review in collaboration with accounting teams.
- Analyze key financial metrics such as revenue, expenses, profitability, CAPEX, and cash flow.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with business units to provide financial support and guidance.
- Evaluate CAPEX investment proposals and assess their financial viability.
- Develop and maintain financial models using Excel and other Power BI tools.
- Prepare OPEX reports for each department to monitor budget usage.
- Implement and maintain internal control procedures to ensure compliance with ERICA standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and make necessary adjustments.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems, including automation.
- Finalize testing and work program files for controls such as credit notes, customer refunds, chargebacks approval, supplier creation/modification procedures, sales & cash reconciliation, and bank signatories/payment approval.
- Follow up on all action plans in the ERICA platform and update the ERICA Assessment to monitor maturity rate growth and achieve targets.
- Formalize testing activities using the revamped testing files shared by LVMH and save them in the Teams Directory.
- Improve the key focus of Competitive Bidding Process, 3-Way Match, AC Third Party Due Diligence, and International Sanction controls.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Skilled in SAP and understanding of accounting processes.
- Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Anaplan, BW@HANA).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related role, ideally 5-10 years. Experience in the luxury retail industry and familiarity with LVMH's values and business practices are preferred.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
