1. Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA for Bulgari's commercial entities, including SAP CAR modules.
2. Govern the overall project plan, ensuring quality, timing, and budget objectives are met.
3. Collect and govern business requirements for SAP Fashion/Retail and SAP CAR streams.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design integrated solutions.
5. Manage retail satellite integration with SAP CAR and SAP S/4HANA.
6. Oversee and optimize interfaces between SAP and non-SAP applications.
7. Manage relationships with external implementation partners and vendors.
8. Oversee customizations, configurations, and technical developments.
9. Proactively identify and validate technical solutions with partners.
10. Act as an internal reference for SAP Fashion/Retail and SAP CAR.
11. Support key users and local teams through guidance and training initiatives.
12. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders worldwide.
13. Ensure data integrity and consistency across SAP processes and data flows.

1. 7–9 years of experience with SAP in retail environments.
2. Proven experience as a lead or project manager on SAP implementation projects.
3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

1. Expertise in SAP Retail, including SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP Fashion/Retail, and SAP CAR.
2. Technical knowledge in SAP ecosystem: SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, basic ABAP/debugging.
3. Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
4. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Collaborative and proactive mindset.

A minimum of 7–9 years of experience with SAP in retail environments, including project management responsibilities.
