Bvlgari Sales Training Manager

- Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Monitor B-Learn platform completion rates to ensure all staff complete required training.
- Analyze KPIs and implement action plans to capture growth opportunities.
- Deploy sales training to store managers, sales teams, and travel retail teams on selling skills and product knowledge.
- Engage and develop store managers and teams on commercial training topics.
- Define and organize training programs, including audience selection, scheduling, and venue arrangements.
- Adapt corporate training content for local execution as needed.
- Organize and deliver onboarding programs for new Client Advisors and Store Managers.
- Identify and develop in-store ambassadors through dedicated training plans.
- Develop action plans based on Mystery Shopping, Voice of the Client, and Net Promoter Score insights.
- Provide on-the-spot coaching and support to store personnel, with frequent travel required.
- Identify training needs and recommend improvements to optimize training tools.
- Support Store Managers in becoming effective team leaders.
- Participate in corporate train-the-trainer sessions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Observation, feedback, and on-the-job training capabilities.
- Organization and planning skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the luxury market and competitors.
- Fluency in Japanese; English communication skills are a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a trainer in a luxury maison, such as LVMH, with a proven track record in creating and delivering onboarding training programs. Alternatively, significant management experience within a luxury maison similar to Bulgari, with the ability to conduct effective field training.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
