Bvlgari Sales Supervisor

- Achieve CRM objectives by training and coaching the boutique team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist the Store Manager and Sales Administrator in all operational and administrative tasks.
- Ensure each Sales Advisor meets their sales targets through coaching and developing sales techniques and clienteling strategies.
- Support the Store Manager in personnel management, including scheduling, coordinating vacations, and attending meetings in the Manager's absence.
- Act as the second-in-command in the boutique, addressing and resolving issues, following up on tasks, and proposing improvements.
- Provide support to the sales team in handling delicate customer situations or compliance matters within the boutique.
- Manage and coordinate the morning setup of the store, ensuring execution of visual merchandising guidelines and accuracy of daily inventory counts.
- Communicate effectively with the Store Manager to jointly identify potential events.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising staff.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury sector, preferably in jewelry and watches.
- Ability to commit to up to 37.5 hours per week.
- Ability to lift up to 11 kilograms (25 pounds).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to gain expertise in store operation applications (Beanstore, Sales Force, SAP).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated experience in luxury customer service.
- Hands-on experience with luxury products (presentation and sales).
- Adaptable nature, entrepreneurial spirit, and technological savvy.
- Fluency in conversational English is essential. Additional languages are a plus.
