Bvlgari Sales Manager - Fragrances

- Oversee retail and operational aspects of commercial activities within the designated territory.
- Act as the primary contact for Bvlgari Parfums at retail locations, driving brand relaunch efforts.
- Ensure operational needs align with Bvlgari's standards to optimize sales and brand visibility.
- Recruit, train, and support sales advisors to achieve sales targets.
- Determine temporary staffing needs to enhance retailer sales.
- Maintain a presence at retail locations as needed.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with retailers, serving as the daily operational and performance contact.
- Monitor sales targets and ensure proper product assortment and visual merchandising in stores.
- Manage stock levels, sampling, and GWP actions.
- Negotiate improved in-store visibility and suggest sales opportunities to enhance performance.
- Support in-store execution, including CAPEX implementation, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
- Manage allocated budget, including negotiations with temporary agencies and payment tracking.
- Recruit and manage commercial teams within budget constraints.
- Conduct regular coaching and training to ensure optimal sales ceremonies.
- Gather feedback from stores on performance and competitor activities.
- Identify additional promotional needs and manage execution with recruitment agencies.
- Track store performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Challenge Beauty Consultants to exceed their targets.
- Analyze the effectiveness of store actions such as promotions and sampling.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and motivating mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership skills with a focus on performance.
- Proactive approach to operational tasks.
- Understanding of the luxury environment and its high-quality execution demands.
Minimum 3 years in a similar role within the luxury sector.
